Cooking Class: Make Homemade Pappardelle Pesto

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Keira, you will prepare pappardelle pasta in a sundried tomato cream sauce because why buy boxed pasta when making fresh, homemade pasta is so much more rewarding and tastes so much better? You will begin the class by forming a simple pasta dough before rolling and cutting it to create pappardelle noodles. Next, Chef Kiera will teach you how to make a classic Italian sundried tomato cream sauce using nothing but garden-fresh ingredients.

No one showed up to have the class, waited thirty mins with 3 other couples and left after she was unresponsive on phone. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior. Please refund.
